Chateau Royal is a family owned business started in 1988 with one objective; to produce cutting edge, high end gourmet food products. With our own in house Swiss trained chef, we are reinventing sausages and ravioli by using game and gourmet meats and combining them with only the highest quality, all natural ingredients.

All of our products are produced under USDA inspection from farm raised, federally inspected meats. Our plant is full HACCP.
